The progress of the MOU:

a) Based on an announcement at BURSA dated 2 April 2021.
- Indirect wholly owned subsidiary company, Nexgram Biomedic Sdn Bhd has on 1 April 2021, digitally signed an understanding with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Melaka for the proposed sale and purchase of a piece of land situated in PT 8839 Mukim Bukit Baru, District of Melaka Tengah, State of Melaka measuring an area of approximately 24.78 acres.
- The proposed acquisition of the Said Land is proposed to be developed as Melaka Lifecare Specialist Project with the proposed gross development value estimated at RM1.6 billion.
- The proposed acquisition of the land will be dedicated for mix development comprising hospital building, service SOHO (annexed to the Hospital), Wellness Centre & Bioscience Research Centre, Retirement & Medical Tourism (annexed to the Wellness Centre), MM2H Program (annexed to the Wellness Centre), 3 Star Hotel & Condotel, and Commercial and Recreation Park.
- The Proposed Sale and Purchase of the Said Land shall subject to the Parties entering a definitive agreement on the terms and conditions to be agreed mutually by the parties.
- Full details of the Proposed Land Acquisition as well as the detail of the Melaka LifeCare Specialist Project as per Chapter 10 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements will be disclosed upon the signing of the definitive agreement.
- Further announcement in relation to the Proposed Sale and Purchase will be made in due course, once the details of the terms and conditions have been finalised.

6. A Conditional Offtake and Purchase Agreement between Nexgram Biomedic and MAPU, relating to the selling of Isolation Gown (PPE) and Medical Glove to MAPU for distribution in Indonesia.

The progress of the agreement:
a) Based on an announcement at BURSA dated 23 July 2020.
- Nexgram Biomedic Sdn Bhd. entered into a Conditional Offtake and Purchase Agreement ) with PT Mitra Abadi Propertindo Utama (“MAPU”) on 22 July 2020 to sell to MAPU for the latter to promote, market and distribute personal protection equipment includes gown known as AAMI Isolation Gown and medical glove product known as K-Gloves Nitrile Examination Gloves-powder free in Indonesia.
- NBSB will sell the Products to MAPU with commencing from November 2020 to October 2021 and MAPU agrees to purchase for the price and quantity as stipulated in the Agreement as follows:-
 AAMI Isolation Gown: 2,000,000 pieces/ month
 K-Gloves Nitrile Examination Gloves-Powder Free: 500,000 boxes/ month.
- The Agreement shall come into effect upon the date of the Agreement for a term of one (1) year and option of extension term for another twenty-four (24) months subject to the mutual agreement of both parties.

Remarks:
1. No further announcement or report on the progress of this Conditional Offtake and Purchase Agreement that can be retrieved by the writer yet by to date.
2. There is no substantial contribution from the contract specifically reported to the company revenue and earnings in the last quarterly report of the company, 2QR 2021.

5. A Master Strategic Joint Venture Agreement between VaccineLab Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned sub-subsidiary of Nexgram with Rafarma Pharmaceutical Inc. (RAFARMA), relating to the cooperation in the distribution, supply, license and rights, OEM including Covid-19 vaccines, and manufacturing plant dedicated to vaccines.

Remarks:
1. No further official announcement or report on the progress of this Joint Venture Agreement that can be retrieved by the writer yet by to date.
2. The JV is still in force because the JV will remain in force for a period of 2 years and there is no notice reported about the termination of the JV and it still in the their force period.
3. Short term plan of the JV is to procure Covid-19 vaccine, managing trials, and distribute the vaccine in Indonesia and ASEAN countries. I think this plan probably failed (based on my personal opinion only) because the procurement of Covid-19 vaccines will be made by the government/GLC pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia and most of other ASEAN countries.
4. Long term plan of the JV is to to build a manufacturing plant dedicated to vaccines solely or jointly development by Rafarma. For this plan, I think the chance for the JV to success is greater because:
5. there are news report stated that contractual partnerships have already been finalized by Rafarma with several companies in several countries including Malaysia and Rafarma is discussing their new industrial and scientific projects in several countries including Malaysia and Indonesia.
6. the strategic planning set by Rafarma stated that the plant and laboratories setup was planned to be built in Batam, Indonesia. Based on Rafarma’s schedule, the said project will be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2021 which is between October 2021 – December 2021.

Kanger is still still progressing in its current business, which is bamboo flooring and related products, and Kanger also in its plan to venture in other business activities.

1. The company already involved in construction services.
2. In a process to acquire Properties business
3. In a process to acquire a company which involved in a construction material trading.
4. And of course a plan for Covid-19 vaccine business, they just in the process of trying to secure the said business. It's true to say that the most critical aspect to get is the approval of Sinopharm vaccine in Malaysia by government/NPRA.

1. The new business activities related to healthcare/medical segment such as manufacturing of medical plastic products, providing Tracvirus Covid-19 related services and distribution of Covid-19 test kits contributed more than 70% increasing in the company’s total revenue in 2QR 2021. The incoming 3QR 2021 has a potential to show more upside in its revenue.

2. If there could be other probable increase in the revenue from each segment recorded, especially a probable great jump in the revenue from the medical/healthcare businesses, I feel that the profit for 3QR 2021 has a potential to increase.

I noticed that all the revenue of the company for the last QR and this incoming QR just only derive from bamboo flooring and related goods. There are no other substantial source of revenue.

The construction jobs only to start this month and won't give any effect on their incoming QR.

Other project still in their form of mou or agreement.
Some seen like in the progressing state, some without any further news and some maybe has been lapsed.
