For me: the deal is good for Nexgram as:
(1) The cost of acquisition of 65% of Arita Plastic has been lowered to RM19,500,000.00
from RM30,000,000.00 based on the earlier MOU.
(2) There is no cash or real loan needed to pay for the acquisiton.
(3) RCPS granted by Nexgram subsidiary and not directly granted by mother company.
