Former deputy health minister Dr Lee Boon Chye said the halal concerns would be addressed by the health ministry, with advice from the National Fatwa Council.

Putrajaya had recently said it would make advance bookings for the vaccine through its participation in the Covid-19 Vaccine Global Access initiative, with an estimated cost of over RM3 billion.

Khairy, who is co-chair of the government’s vaccine supplies committee, said the allocation would be able to immunise 70% of the country’s population next year.

He had said vaccines would come as early as the first quarter of next year, with medical workers the priority to receive them.

As for the halal issue, Khairy had urged for more explanatory sessions for the people and assured that the vaccines would be vetted and approved by the Malaysian Islamic Development Department or Jakim.

Fossil fuel cannot die soon at least not now and Biden knows it very well. Most of the second and third countries can't effort renewable energy vehicles, it's much more expensive compared petrol. And whatsoever China, India & Saudi countries depend on fossil fuel revenues especially Saudi because they main revenue resources come from petroleum. In other hand even Biden wins the White House but Senate still under Republican control, do doubt on that. This give hand tight to Biden to take decisions.

Julius good analyse indeed but I'm more on acquisition. Based on past record, EAH management tend to acquired either another company or the company's equity. Look here, in year 2015 they acquired 20% equity (47.04mil) of Cekap Air (M&E business) and in year 2018 they buying 90% (78.75mil) stake in Sunland (F&B). Since then, now is over due. No doubt that EAH is cash rich company and they eager to buying another companies stake. Apparently with good project in hand (revenue board 21mil)...I think anything is possible. RFID is also promising. Happy trading.
