Kraken’s debtor still have the rights to call back their loan from BA.

Sukuk holders still have the rights to call for earlier maturity.

1.5b cash in bank account can be spend overnight.

That document does not apply to shares but MGS

There is no cherish from the mkt for the contract win because BA need to fork out additional capex to convert a new vessel for the project. the non utilize vessel were still in idle.. it's better not to win the job since it cause the extra financial burden for next 2 years... that's very bad for the tight balance sheet.
