The Board of Directors of PinePac (“Board”) refers to the announcement dated 3rd September 2019; 3rd October 2019 and 1st November 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“First Announcement”).



The Board wishes to inform that subsequent to our announcement dated 1 November 2019, the Company is in the process of formulating a feasible plan that will result in a significant change in the business direction. The Company is evaluating the available options concerning the above mentioned plans to regularize the Company’s status as an affected listed issuer. Accordingly, an announcement based on the listing requirements will be made once it is finalized.



The Company has approximately 9 months to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.

TDM is quite solid and has a diverse income stream from healthcare too. All it takes is for palm oil to stabilise and you will see good profits coming back.
Pinepac is obviously in a reset mode with a clean balance sheet. You don't even have to consider it as a palm oil play as they need to find a another income stream. In fact they are forced to by falling into the affected listed issuer catagory.
This means that the board has to make detailed announcements and work to find a business venture which can provide a steady revenue and profit stream. So they have choices. Even if they apply for money lenders licence and offer agro SME loans, they could do so... Or find and build a trading venture or fintec... Etc... Got capital why worry. And best is that others are also eying the counter..
Make your own choices and live with it. Contra players and small talk not gonna keep the real investors out. Like I said, someone is buying and someone has a plan... We just don't know who and what...

It's not so much abt the profit, its the strength of the balance sheet and the future potential to invest in new fields. Not many companies are blessed with the opportunity to reset and arm themselves with a war chest

Pinehill AGM on the 2nd, this coming Monday. They will share the strategy. Cash rich now and still so much undervalued. Next week PINEPAC might reach new heights, 50 to 60sen in the short term. It the edge weekend features a story this weekend then sooner but think it will be next week with clarity from the mgmt and board on the strategy

I won't be surprised dnex doubles to 60sen in 6 mths. It's been 2 years in a slump. Myeg, datasonic and most of the O&G counters are moving back up. That includes plantations too. So no reason for dnex to be left out especially since its profitable and still winning contracts.

Next play for AGM and the news following. PLS buy durian plantation share price double, apa lagi it Pinehill with their war chest. With the balance sheet they could also technically issue 1:1 bonus shares and then followed by a rm10sen special dividend repayment
