Not possible to reach 40 cent, then Dividend yield will be >10%. Unless worldwide recession, of which YNH will die first. Hahaha

Got chance to collect... I'm slowly nibbling while waiting for my dividends end of this month. It's good value now but when will the price reflect it, I'm not sure. Come July another bonus, nice.
