For In the Money warrants, other than the Glove counters, all others are very close to exercise price. Its easy to control that when it nears expiry. Glove counters are way out of reach. SO they have do engineer a Sell Down to Hedge more. Who suffers ?

Dude, Careplus sold 50% of Careplus (M) Sdn Bhd to Ansell. They also meanwhile bought out 49.99% (the remaining) in Careglove Sdn Bhd, which was a JV with a Brazilian company.Effectively making it 100% owned by Careplus.
