Are you sure that Vopak sell feedstock? Vopak is not one of the oil majors. Or Vopak just lease the tank and terminal from Dialog? Then Dialog through their business network bring in more investors to build plant on the hinter land and both Vopak and Dialog will be benefited from the throughput of the raw material and finished product via their terminal facilities and tank farm. It's like I-help-you-to-help-me business model.
