why do you want to spend few hundred thousand for a space less than 1000 sq ft when you can buy cheap tanah lot to build your own bungalow? you can have a small garden with ayam running everywhere. :)))

i don't think BM is attractive. we already have Sentral. BM is redundant until HSR is fully commissioned. China side is in a stalemate.

how to realise the reward without disposal?

where got operators? today volume is small. no operator. free fall.
i think it is partly due to the additional 1.76 million shares. all employees want to take profit first. you can't blame them.
if employees still want to exercise their ESOS when the price was below RM1.0 that means the confidence is not there.

BM is not attractive without crowd pulling factors. commercial space and shopping mall are oversupplied. they must find other good anchor tenant. but, i think they are more concern on other interest at the moment. <<== this kind of story is for so called long term investors. :)))

the benefit from the 1000 acres of land can only be realised when the market can absorb the glut in property market and subsequently pump in more fund to develop the land. before you can do that, you have to pay hefty sum for holding the land, tax and bank interest, if the purchase is funded by bank loan.
