genuine house buyers have no money at current pprty prices to able to buy, only the speculators got all the money from price explosion and speculations last few years. With low interest and DIBS the speculators have the holding power to keep prices high. Garmen must give subsidy to first time home buyers to solve the non affordability for first time home buyers as Spore has done. Gst and no labour means construction cost has gone up 20 %, how to sell cheap

Speculators alredi bought a lot on dIBS, now no more dibs from developers, developers will sell less, less supply means prices will go up even more for speculators to profit more from houses bought previously under DIBS.

talk to any setia houser buyers and they will tell u they took 40 year laon to buy their setia house, so stop building anymore township as paying off 40 yr loan is tough, cant pay another one, build industrial lah or med cost housing below RM300K. Don't do another high end township with million RM fancy houses, they r not secured anyway
