In fact the cigarettes smuggling activities still maintain at 63percents. Fundamental reason that has caused this stock to fallen still remain status quo ..so becareful next week may have profit taking activities after sharp rise.

APM is principally involved in the design, manufacturing, assembly and production of automotive and mobility components. APM’s main operation is located in Malaysia but it is also present in various other jurisdictions including United States of America, Netherlands, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Republic of Indonesia.

In general, we expect local and global market conditions in Q1 to soften going into 2020 due to the
uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 outbreak. Disruption in the supply chain remains a major concern as many of our plants source for parts and components from China and practise the “Just-in-time”inventory strategy where materials are procured on a need basis to reduce waste and inventory holding costs.

The ongoing friction between the US and China is also another concern for the company even though “Phase One” of a trade agreement has since been signed by the economic powerhouses. We see the simmering tension between these two countries to persist into 2020 as they enter into a second round of talks for “Phase Two” of their trade agreement, which many believe, is more challenging than “PhaseOne”.

However, diversification has always been part of APM’s overall strategy to counter global economic
uncertainties as we aim to minimize our risks exposure and limit potential losses by not concentrating all our capital and resources solely in one jurisdiction or products, hence, our presence in various international markets.

In this respect, our plant in Bago, Myanmar is due to commence operation soon. Located around 2.6km to the west of Bago River, this plant is approximately 30 acres in size. Phase One of operations will involve the production and assembly of bus seats. This Bago plant is a catalyst enabling our entry into the Indo-China automotive market, which is believed to be currently experiencing rapid growth.

Plans are also underway to enhance our market presence in Indonesia, commencing with the recent acquisition of a strategically located piece of industrial property measuring approximately 25,788 m2 in the first phase Kota Deltamas. This piece of property is located not far from Hyundai Motor’s first new USD1.5B manufacturing plant in Indonesia which is reputed to have the capacity of producing up to250,000 vehicles annually.

Additionally, the much anticipated stimulus package from the Government to dampen the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia should allay fears of an economic meltdown. We share the sentiments with those who believe that the epidemic is temporary and global rebound can be expected in the near future.

Our prospect going into 2020 remains challenging and of concern. The changes in policies and
regulations as well as economic and currency uncertainties are the primary factors that could affect
APM’s performance. In this respect, APM will continue to exercise prudence in its business dealings and emphasis in cost management as well as operational efficie

Only insiders know the result, they may be happily collecting or happily damping, we still don't know.

In share investing/speculating, only two types of persons can easily earn money from it:

1) insiders
2) people who have tremendous amount of funds which can directly influence the share market.

Small holders can just only follow the tides..that is the FACT..

KUALA LUMPUR (July 19): Malaysian Tobacco International Corporation (JTI Malaysia) managing director Gorma O'Rourke pointed out that the smuggling of cigarettes in Malaysia has reached a worrying level, increasing from 58.9% of total cigarette consumption in 2018 to Last year's 62.3%, an increase of 3.4%.

Last year, 12.2 billion cigarettes were smuggled. The rampant smuggling problem has made Malaysia the world's number one "big illicit cigarette country" for two consecutive years.

Only trustworthy mgt can give credit, bluffing to Aminvest to write out good report so the investors buy in will only lose its trustworthiness..

I have bought some but reserve some funds to buy in incase it dips down. Dow Jones is too high already, I can't imagine the situation if it cross over 30k points without major correction. Another risk is the coming QR announcement, it provides further guidance as to the situation of smuggling cigarettes activities..

After it generates sufficient cash (not profit as profit may come from revaluation of Imago building or real properties for instance 400 acres of land) and pay off some of the loan amount and Lowering down the gearing ratio, then the co may start to pay dividends. It is the time the share price may spike up.

Success come with hard work and luck. And do u think how many years u need to wait for this to happen, i.e better cash flow for this company is also the time u need to wait before the share price can spike up.

Imho, this QR announcement plays an important part in determining the future movement of the share price.

The share price is having a resistance at RM 1. But whether this resistance is fake or real is still in question. If it is fake resistance, then I think the operator is trying to wash out unstable holders. But if it is real resistance, i.e QR not so good, then future movement is not favourable

It has reasons why share price not moving up :
1). Highly gear i.e loan 300million + icus from director. Need to repay loan and interest

2). No dividend

3). Most NTA is from revaluation from Imago building.

4). Low level of cash/cash at bank.

5). Property sector is suffering downturn at the moment.
Market consider this co is a quite risky co, so no large investment funds interested in this co.

Finally at the crucial cross road point RM 0.975 and most selling force has absorbed
