Saturn, any other counters you're looking at other than L&G?

Some other property counters is having good quarterly result too.. so, how do you make your selection then ?

In the upcoming AGM, one of the agenda is special business regarding ordinary shares issuance of not more than 10% of market capital.. does this take the conversion into consideration ? or is about bonus issue ?

i'm new in this blog.. but i do follow KSL news.. with good qtrly result, wonder why the price is dropping ? Is it due to over estimation of bonus issue or manipulation of trading by some big fish ?
