warrant B exercise value is 0.56 and the exercise ratio is 1:1. The 0.56 is the conversion price and not the company issue price! Dont misleading anyone with ur half bucket water knowledge. Newbie like me may get misled and die!
It mean in order to convert 1 warrant B to 1 mother share, you need to pay rm0.56 + your 1 warrant B price. let say if u got ur warrant B at 0 cost , you only need to pay 0.56 to convert it to mother share (excluding some administrative expenses) and that 0.56 is to pay to the company (so company can indirectly get more funding from the warrant conversion)
Company actually no need to pay any money to issue a company warrant (set aside those admin fee to pay to the investment company)

Think about it, everyone:
1. Is Warrants B issue free for everyone?

2. After you get Warrants B, will you consider selling it? Directly in exchange for cash?

3. If (1) & (2) your answers are both Yes. Then think about it, when you sell Warrants B, who is responsible for paying? Of course it is the person who issued Warrants B. That is Prolexus.

4. According to the announment before, the Warrant exercise price is 0.56. It means that they will buy it back at a price of 0.56 (if you sell it at the moment).

5. Assuming that the stock price continues to decline (it has fallen by 31.88%), how much should the price of Warrants B shoule be fall now?

6. Assuming that QR comes out very unsatisfactorily and the stock price continues to fall, Warrants B is released at that time. The price of Warrants B may drop directly to 0.3. At that time, Prolexus only needs to use 0.30 to buy back Warrants (if you sell at the moment). They can save 46.43% immediately. Are they very smart?

bro Karadis. your comment is totally misleading many people. Dealing during close period doesnt mean offline transaction. Usually offline transaction we call it DBT or direct business transaction in which the shares are transacted off market. Meanwhile share dealing during closed period means: The close period (or closed period) is the time between the completion of a listed company's financial results and the announcing of these results to the public.
Because prlexus are due for QR announcement this month, so all big shareholders or company directors who intend to buy or sell their shares all need to announce before hand
