Something is not right...why would a company buy 126 units from 30th to 45th floor? Why not buy the entire tower block which include the land and common areas? Just buying units alone will not benefit the company other than to pay monthly maintenance fees which is bloody high and you are just buying the strata titles. What are the plans for these units? Resale, rent out? What property development is this? My opinion is I see it as a bail out for the developer in buying their units.

Aiyoo.....STILL TRYING to secure the said business........people already getting 2nd jabs la.

Kanger is a Bamboo counter. Even the strategic outlook and approaches of Kanger never mention vaccine. It looked like vaccine not so important. It is just a bonus if can get.

Sinopharm will be approved...maybe many months later. And will Kanger be the sole distributor? Maybe and maybe not. But I am sure it will be approved one day.

We all know AZ and Pfizer is short in supply, so high chance it will be Sinovac vaccine. It will definitely not be Sinopharm as it is not approved yet.

I booked through Selangkah last month and got email reply they will get back to me. Understand it is Sinovac and cost RM380 each. Promise they will send quotation within 3 days. But until now, no news at all. Silence. Empty talk.

Kanger not possible. No approval yet from NPRA.

Which one limit up? Pharma, Duopharma, Bintai, Yong Tai, Solutions, Titi or Kanger?

They keep talking about Sinovac trying to show Sinopharm also same but in fact is Sinopharm totally different and not approved in Malaysia. So how to use in Malaysia?

KUALA LUMPUR: Private hospitals will likely get their vaccine supplies earliest by September or October this year and only after obtaining Health Ministry's National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) approval.

Association of Private Hospital of Malaysia (APHM) president Datuk Dr Kuljit Singh said these vaccines, different from the existing ones, might take between two and three months in a best-case scenario for private hospitals to procure on the condition that the government hasten their vaccines approval.

I do not believe new shareholders would take over a company and see no value added. It will bounce up once things are sorted.

Car breakdown can still repair. Human organs breakdown cannot replaced. Medical quality control are super tight. Politicians come and go. Frontliners have responsibility for the rest of their life.

1. Sinopharm got 2 types of vaccine Wuhan & Bejing. Which vaccine are we talking about. WHO approved which vaccine? Did Kanger sign for the approved type of vaccine?

2. Is Sinopharm Changde Hunan is authorised for overseas export of Sinopharm. Are you sure Kanger signed with the right party? What type of operations does Changde Hunan really do?

3. Separate agreement on type of product to be signed between Sinopharm and Kanger. Where is it?

In the past there's a press conference between Sinopharm Chairman, Mah Sing and 3 others pledging to support Malaysia with our Health Minister, then also Tititjaya who claimed they also got connections with Sinopharm. Of course Kanger who sign MOUs with Zuelligg and Kstar. Now Kstar became Sinaran already, we still waiting for the vaccine. So when? ...Akan Datang.

Is this the right time to get into building industry? Is there a glut of unsold homes? Or is all the contractors in the industry doing very well now?

Just check the corporate history. How many MOUs had been signed? And how many actually became contract? Then make own judgement.

So all those bought all caught at penthouses. These people will sell at 1 sen profit type, simply shares they issue to themselves are very low price.
