This stupid counter when delisted in 2007 market value at 9.3b.GO RM10.35 per share.When relisted IPO value 9b at RM1.80 per share. Now only market worth only 5b, the management betul betul sohai.It should be awarded the worst relist big IPO in the Bursa history.All investors are the loser, no winner except the investment bank & parties involved (IPO fees).

They knew new SEGARI PPA is no good. But the management should be known before IPO la..then quickly rush for IPO to con money before the new PPA out.
