rr88 Andreatan. I respect yr opinion. But there is certain chart pattern that is repeating again n again. You look at comfort, carepls, notion, hlt, lkl. Sharp upward move in a few days n sharp downward move with no rebound when rebound has been overdue. When no rebound came past the rebound window, there wont be any rebound. Its bursting of a bubble. They will stay low. These are small caps where the trend pace has been fast.

The big caps supermx, top glove & harta displaying similar pattern but the pace has been slower.

They are all doing the same thing. Its the inherent trend taking root in these trading of glove/medical supply companies. Trend formed as a result of serious strong buying and serious strong selling due to factors what the market is digesting - whatever that might be.

I speculate here that the big factor this market is factoring in here is market is offsetting current + near future strong profit against the inevitable major loss of revenue when covid is gone. The real variable here is time. How fast covid will go away. Market as a leading indicator, reacts 6 months ahead of time.

RUSSIA HAS STARTED ITS VACCINE PRODUCTION & will roll it out END OF AUG. That is to their frontliners first - doctors/nurses. You can say a month later end sep/oct to their population. As it takes only 21 days to achieve immunity, you should see new infection rates coming down drastically in russia in nov/dec. This is because their phase 1 & 2 trials were a complete success - all subjects achieved immunity in 21 days n that immunity strength doubled with 2nd dose. That is 3 or 4 months ahead.

A few senseless commentators in i3investors were laughing at my buying so many Supermax shares recently. This has prompted me to write this piece.

As shown by the price chart below, the price plunged from Rm 24.30 on 11 Aug to Rm 17.92 on 14 Aug, a drop of Rm 6.38 in 4 trading days. It has plunged 26.3% in 4 trading days. This unprecedented crash shocked all investors.

As a result, many people called me to express their concern. Mr Ooi Teik Bee ranged me last night to seek my opinion. We are also wondering why all the glove stocks should be dropping so rapidly in tandem in the last few days. In most cases, one stock might drop but the other might go up instead. It looks like all the Investment Banks ganged up to push the glove share prices down so that they can continue to collect at cheaper prices.
