You may study the masteel, annjoo and lionind. For lionind, you probably will know how it perform, will it better than ssteel by excluding the parkson factor 。

However as overall this strategy is balancing at the end by itself. Negative effect balanced by positive effect

The strategy of ssteel securing the raw material is extreme right for 3q but in the case of Q2 it is bringing reverse effect.

I may have the answer ready why ssteel is having poor Q2 result. It is because all the raw material used in Q2 is secured in Q1 which is at high cost. This is not the case for Masteel and Annjoo.

The ssteel 3q tesult is definitely a very good quarters as almost all of raw material used in 3q is secured in Q2 which is at low cost.

Yeah, 3q is reverse of what happened in 2q. Low material cost with higher rebar price, better margin.

The March period iron scrap price is about the same as the price at end of July which is quite high.

Investmentisgood, the highest raw material cost happened in March period. After march, in April iron scrap price slowly going down.
