a) Happy - sold ECM (RM 1.07),Kenanga (0.63),MRCB (lupa harga),TA (0.69) just b4 correction
b) Sad - itchy finger buy back TA (0.66) & others falling Magnum,QL/Boilerm (still oklah),MAsteel,Insas ,other penny stocks (small2 amounts, 5k,10k shares) etc etc oh yeah Parkson - already classify this Park in my brain as a long term share. Mabye it will make me feel better.
c) Relieve - Grandflo (good results), EAH - so far stable
d)AGONY - 2 shares, Flonic & TMS.
TMS - still making but now enough to treat mee jawa & drinks & do shopping at Parkson (mesti sikit2 support your own long term sharelah)

Relax - the par value reduction is meant to wipe out accumulated losses of nearly 17million from the accounts.Already approved by shareholders and now pending High Court sanction. With a 'clean account' and no capital commitments,it would be easier to get fresh loans to move forward. There is existing 'transfer' of shares by Novatige - the other names Mr. Goh and Mr. Heng, their names appear bcos they are the directors of Novatige. Now lets invest to look forward to what these new shareholders can do. I foresee Nova will be transferring out additional shares to gradually reduce their holdings. Vinvin.

I still keep cos' bought at same price range as that lady. I queued few times at low price to buy some more, not aggressive,cannot get. Price went up too fast. Now is my opportunity if price fall further. Anyway, my own opinion is to wait and c what this company can do - at least there seems to be some corporate movement. Remember there is a profit guarantee from their purchase in cash of new subsidiary.

Those holding..wait for announcement on High Court approval for their share premium reduction, supposed to be mid-August 13.Final step to clean up their accounts.

Talk on transfer to main board on for some time. This share not for speculation - long term hold. Refer to the earlier postings by others - that's why I hold for nearly 2 years. QL's subsidiary. Note - my take is that in order to transfer to main board, they may expand capital base...bonus and/or rights with warrants...could be.

Price already adjusted earlier on ex-date. Tomorrow is payment date.
