The so called "trespassing" was done single handedly by the CEO of the "trepassing" company who is also the major shareholder of the company which owns the land trespassed. The threat of halting production is ostentatious, not only to us but also to Bursa and SC. There will be more questions coming from the relevant authority. I am neutral on the power struggle among the major shareholders. From my own analysis, likely FL will take over the control of the company, and the legal battle will proceed if there is no compromise. The court will usually favors the side that is legally logical or logically legal. Highly likely, the court will allow Bahvest to continue to utilize the structured facilities on Southsea Gold's land until new facilities are built on Bahvest own premises.
