There could be a deal among SD ,SC and ACG whereby SC reluctantly accepted the compound imposed by ACG on condition that the FFU be signed off by SC to be released ASAP . Hence , exit is provided to the long waiting aggrieved 64,000+++ investors,who should be appreciative of the efforts of all the said three parties.

SD has been let off the hook by AGC against the professionalism entrusted in the SC chairman and his team, which led to the resignation of the Chairman and his team as is widely perceived .
