i worked as a senior management in a pn17 company before. once the company is classified as pn17 , the business environment is very very tough , the supplier, bankers and customer will shut the door from you. this is the reason why once a company is classified as pn 17 , the share price will limit down . However, if the company can exit pn17 , the share price will limit up , cos they can easily secure bank loan and they have a lot of contract to be awarded to them with condition that they can exit pn17 but just pending the upliftment of pn17 to be announced . , so usually they will announce the job awarded to them after the pn17 upliftment announcement.further, fund manager can also allowed to buy into this company share once they exit pn17, that is why , once they exit pn17. the price will limit up. just to share my experience with u guys
