Hi cksam..Once again thank you..It's true that I will hold for another few more days n then shall make a call..I am off the monitor infact n only do glance through twice or thrice a day lately as u have spotted that it could emotionally deprive one..

I was just watching a video on a talk just now in regards to Bursa..The Analyst quoted that at present correction is taking place and it stands at 6.5% as of now (1,496 Points)..N in the past correction for bursa can be as much as 10%-12%..If this is the case there is another approximately 6% more to go..

Hi cksam..Thanks for your honest feedback and sharing the links..It is true tat I should take a break which is inevitable and hopefully sooner if I could recover some losses..I reckon that alot of energy and hard work required to achieve success but I made a mistake thinking this was an opportunity not to be missed..If u look from this perspective it wasn't wrong either but in reality it was..I am already in my mid 40's and may no longer interested in this kinda trading since my interest lies elsewhere..It's good to know that you have made some healthy amount and wishing u all the best..If possible let's be a good samaritan and donate some small amount to the underprivilege group of people but it is upto every each individual..Honestly, I intended to make some amount ie: 5 Figures (just) and try to do good with some small donations but again I fell short..Anyway all the best my friend..

I don't know if stocks are not for faint hearted but I know this opportunity is rare..Probably every 10-12 years cycle..It is either you strike the bull eye or it is a miss..In short you can assume but u can never predict accurately..Unless u have tonnes of money n can afford it..Ppl like us try to strive in small amount to get going..

I no longer can speculate that share price will go up or down as it does proof wrong many times..Sometimes one has to take a step back before u can take two steps forward..N really do hope it will recover..But one thing for sure this will be my last game..It is not my cup of tea..It didn't matter over the last two months with many wash down, I still kept calm but today the feel was not great and the whole day turned from bad to worse..Can't let this affect my core job..Sigh..And also not too sure how is this market gonna react..

Everyday same story in different forms..Some with negative news ie: Vaccine whilst some say relax. Some gives courage let it be ie: When Supermax at RM 24 n started dropping, dun worry it will go up n when drops to 20 still say dun worry n say Aiyaa go up so much n abit drop normal meh, when split say go up n now few say since 24 shark pressing weak holders..

(Reuters) - AstraZeneca Plc has put a hold on the late-stage trial of its highly-anticipated COVID-19 vaccine candidate after a suspected serious adverse reaction in a study participant, health news website Stat News reported on Tuesday.

It quoted an AstraZeneca spokesperson as saying in a statement that the "standard review process triggered a pause to vaccination to allow review of safety data.”

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): RHB Research Institute has maintained its "buy" call for glove maker Comfort Gloves Bhd with a higher target price (TP) of RM5.70, from RM4.80 previously, as the firm's earnings for the first half ended July 31, 2020 (1HFY21) beat expectations due to better-than-expected average selling prices (ASPs).

“Comfort Gloves' 1HFY21 net profit of RM59.1 million was above expectations, making up 78% of our FY21 full-year earnings estimate. A comparison against the consensus is not available due to lack of coverage of the stock.

“The positive deviation is due to better-than-expected ASPs. From the company website, we gather that Comfort Gloves has increased its monthly ASP by 5%-10% consecutively every month since Covid-19 started,” RHB Research Institute analyst Alan Lim wrote in a note today.

On prospects, while customers have locked in volume commitments for the next 18 months, RHB however believes that the ASPs will only be decided one to two months before delivery as per industry norms.

Lim noted that Comfort Gloves intends to expand its capacity by the fourth quarter ending Jan 31, 2021 (4QFY21) on top of the 10% expansion in 2QFY21.

“We have increased [our] FY21F-23F earnings (forecasts) by 63%-103% to reflect the higher ASPs. This is in line with the industry trend. The higher TP is in line with better earnings estimates.

“In the near term, we expect Comfort Gloves to register a stronger set of results for 3QFY21, in line with the higher ASP trend in the industry. In the long run, the company is a beneficiary of the long-term uptrend of glove consumption globally,” Lim added.

Lim highlighted a few risks to his "buy" call, including a faster-than-expected discovery of a safe and effective Covid-19 vaccine available globally.

“Our base-case scenario is that ASPs should normalise in the long run once a safe and effective vaccine is available globally. Other risks are higher-than-expected supply from China, lower-than-expected sales volume and volatile currency movements or raw material prices.

“Our ASP assumptions of US$31.70 (RM132.08)-US$33.40 per box of 1,000 pieces of gloves for FY21F-FY23F are already at discounts of 33%-73% versus current market prices of gloves of US$50-US$90 per box to impute the risk of a vaccine causing a decline in glove ASPs,” he said.

At the time of writing today, shares in Comfort Gloves were 14 sen or 3.39% lower at RM3.99, bringing down its market value to RM2.33 billion. It saw some 11.54 million shares change hands.
