Pharma should disclose how she handle the left over order from gov 1st order. (Remember Pharma release press statement quoted she had completed delivery to gov?) This is a misleading statement given KJ testimonies gov bought direct from China to complete the doses.

Zul should clarify the following today than try to derive attention to other "long term" thing.
1) Any penalty from the delay?
2) How much vaccine unable to deliver due to delay?
3) Did gov fully received and agreed to pay for the 14mil 1st order?
