2) No growth story - what story can plantation sell? More land acreage? That is again against ESG principles as more "deforestation"

Nutshell: no fund flow into plantation so it will continue to be value trap.

-PE 40 x PAT 40m = RM1.6b
RM1.6b = RM32 per share
Current market cap of 1.2b is ~75% of the full FY22 value, meaning the market today is pricing in only approx. 6 months ahead as Q1 just announced.
