Actually very hard to stay clam, hard when it down and even harder for not taking profit. Why I keep investing;

1) I believe US market would be ok. I believe Yellen will support the market at least another year. Whether US co doing well or not does not matter.
2) I believe Najib are stable, Malaysia economy are ok.

3) I believe Najib are doing right things for economy, GST, subsidies. (I am not his fan).
4) Dsonic meet my criteria, high growth, full potential, just listed, they promote their stock, their stock moving (just check Westport)

5) 2 biggest shareholder own 60-65%, if include 30 largest shareholder probably 10-15%, not include their buddy, family etc. This kind of stock their strategy are different; Shareholder wealth is the game. So it good for you if you are shareholder.

6) I trust the mgt, I think they are smart, innovative and well connected.
7) All their project are mega project that will change the value of the co significantly, if I can give example this is SP Setia class developer.

8) They are fast to growth. If ask me bonus, I say small matter.

You know how much saving or money with fund manager, insurance, retirement fund etc. Billionssss, where they are going to park their money and give best return? stock market. So they have to keep investing.

They can't be like Susan.

This stock different class from GHL, Mpay etc. RM 100M profit is a lot, what more, they only raise RM40M during their IPO.

If they can get Mykad contract, they can get anything, if you know what i mean.

Q3- Q4 Balance 3.5M x RM10 would be another RM35M

And this I just assume
1. profit of RM10
2. Does not include Passport Income
3. Does not include other income.
4. Does not include other mega project
5. Does not include Percetakaan Nasional

They can easily beat RHB forecast by min 30%- 100%.
With Mykad alone they can do RM110M, exceed the RHB forecast
Q2 you can feel the sonic already and it great stock to invest.

Is there any different between Punter and Investor?

We refer to RHB review/analysis;

FY2013 - Profit 93M (meet the target)
FY2014 - Forecast 107M (15% growth)
They use Industry standard for P.E. infact lower then Myeg.

FY2014 Q1 - reporting 30/05
Assume min card delivered 2M
FY2014 Q2 - reporting 30/08
They have to deliver 4M card by 30/06 (1st contract)

And

Prorate 1/4 x 5M card(30/06-30/05/15)
(2nd contract i.e 10M for 2yrs, starting 1/07/14)

So calculation would be:
Q1 - 2M
Q2 - 4M + 1.25M (prorate delivery)
Total -7.5M possible.

Assume min profit RM10 x 7.5M would be whooping RM75M for Q2 just from card income not include passport and other biz.

Actually not many people know how to interpret the contract given, which company work very hard on it.

And if they can just add in 1 more mega contract, then their value is RM40 a piece. Now you know why is Dsonic #1 Bskl top performer 2013 and 2014 (god willing).

RHB projected Dsonic profit for FY2013 is RM93M.
With balance of 4M card undelivered, they managed to delivered RM93M in their last FY13, Q4.


RHB projected FY2014 growth is 15% which is RM107M.
With new MyKad contract secured and additional book order of 4M card, (to be delivered b4 Q2).
I personaly forecast a minimum growth of 30% which is RM120M.
And this not include income in other wip project.
Standard industry P.E used to determine value, be it with or without bonus issue.

You guy wasting your time here, and taking risk with your money. Study properly before invest.

P.S. SC only takes graduate with a minimum CGPA 3.3 :-).

Consolidate at this level 3.60-3.90 will strenghten stock and form new base before good news coming. I say many bought at 3.60-3.90. so it good base.

Mevin I have various price, I have below 50sen, RM1, 1.50, 2.0, 2.5,3.0, 3.6, 3.7,3.8,4.2. 4.4 I say if you can hold 3mths I should be OK. Even unclez also bought at 3.70 Their director also has at above 4.

They told me they are confident they will get approval. Thal all I can say. I look at their account, I don't see why they should decline, in accounting perspective. Other I can't comments.

I said RHB overlook the additional 4M card to be deliver in FY2014 i.e 4M +5M. You can see significant different in 2Q. Accounting treatment will only consider sales base on Delivery not contract. 6M they achieve 93M profit. RHB projection 107M for 2014. Analyst won't corrected until next opportunity. If mgt come out alao nobody liaten to them. IMHO.

Hopely company could clarify 9M card to be deliver for FY2014 instead of 5M.

Sound weird. But I think the analyst need to verify their unerstanding with mgt. How could? My explanation are;

1) Co did RM93M for Y2013. with 6M cards + recently Passport biz.
2) There are 4M card as outstanding book order (due to govt issue)
3) The Accounting treatment; deliver first and then will treat it as sales, so the 4M card is not in 93M profit that they already did.

4) Govt requirement is 5M a year ( not include surge in petrol card later)
5) The co has to deliver 4M outstanding book order before June/July this year and another 5M in FY 14 i.e total of 9M for FY14.
6) And that is not in RHB projection /forecast of 107M for PE of 25.
7) Just for the above only, FY2014, I think another 30% up.

Maybe other who know can englighten us or I am sure Mgt will explain to them.

Dsonic never rectrace more than 10% from peak. TA and CIMB is external force and nobody could see it coming. But you can see how strong Dsonic recover. I don't think it will ever retrace more than 10% again.

Depending on your investment strategy. What I'm saying Dsonic full potential are not realise yet. At least you wait for another contract which is coming soon.

Don't fear Bogeyman; on UMA, P.E, Bonus issue. I know what the mgt has done to counter this isssue. Must always use forward P.E.

Johny that RHB report prior to contract announcement, they mix it with news of contract.

The resistance to peak is mild, only 60M. Remember it when up briefly and it drop fast. Not many are caught in between. New investor with fresh money provide strong support at 3.30. I believe this investor are stronger.

The contract is enough for big rally, let wait for RHB to translate it. They work very hard for this contract. The company financial is secured at least for next 2yrs and all other project is additional bonus

Govt current requirement of 5M card a year. I feel the requirement will be increase by at least 30-50% more with introduction of fuel card.

Prospect is good. For punters it does not matter, right? You must be good in technical.

The mgt think bursa going to approve it. If you look at their book, you can't find any reason why bursa will stop them from rewarding shareholder.

Though, for us (account) it just accounting exercise, the benefits is real. I think pre Bonus issues effect will be there but you would not feel it (because we use to have 5-7% gains in a day with Dsonic) but the effect will be more after the issue.

I don't trade CA.

The issuer make money from risk management, I don't think they make money from sapu the premium only. They do hedge their risk by buying mother share and other instrument.

I believe, mother share will be very high by Dec/Jan and that will be good for CA holder. One of Issuer strategy also is to push CA high to deter buyer, if the mother share price become too expensive.

In reality the premium calculation is not just straight forward by multiply it with 6+ 3.72.
CA has advantages i.e limited risk and 'unlimited' high return and for this people willing to pay premium for that.

With bulls market on and high potential of mother share, I say it will go back to 68sen sooner than you think.
