I believe they are confident of future earnings and want to reward the shareholders through cash dividends and bonus shares. Besides that, the issuing of bonus shares increased the share capital and making it more valuable to the big investors like EPF, etc

It is good for emotional traders to throw ahead so that genuine investors can buy at low prices. They are not rational and have not analyzed the results!

Last year, revenue for 2017 Q4 is 312.585 million and NP to SH is 8.345 million. This year, revenue now(2018 Q4 )is 329.456 million and NP to SH is 9.841million. Still an improving trend compared to last year. 2018 Q4 is like 2017 Q4 when compared to Q3 results. The results this year are considered good which explained can afford to pay another 2 % dividend and total dividend of 8 % for this year

News like this on insider trading in the past related to Supermax has been tested and PROVEN the BEST opportunity for investors to buy. Can anyone show me in the past that the price did not increase higher(significantly) than the price before and after the announcement of insider trading?

ACTUAL RESULTS
Supermax price increased from $3.23 on 28/5 to $3.91 on 13/6 (12 Trading days). Price increased in 12 days is 21%. Superb results!!

Supermax becoming Superman...

The number of days is 90 days compared to 92 days in 2nd Qtr which is already a reduction of 2.2%. The net profit to shareholders is $33.376M compared to $19.754M last Year which is an increase of 68.96% and the future years will be good. The increase of profit augers well the relatively high interim dividend of $0.03 compared to other glove counters especially Kossan.
