Who does it's actually benefits from the 7x increase in market cap? It's non other than the 1.4Bil PA warrants owner. Which is not you. I have a hunch, the management has a big piece of these warrants.Potentially, serious punters here owns the PA warrants too. They only profit if the price maintains when the conversion completed. I don't see how it benefits ordinary share holders buying at this price. Downside is huge, upside limited.

RM540mil market cap, what's the premium? For it to go up 10sen, market cap is RM720mil. On the back of 30mil revenue and 10mil profit. That's trading 18X years earnings.

I'm trying to figure out the "mass consensus" of 10mil profit but 0.7sen EPS trading at 30 sen for PE 11. Do you think market are interested still? I think should be something like DNEX. About the same numbers of shares. About the same EPS and margin. About the same business.

I'm interested in LOA and PO than MOU and later followed by good EBITDA margin.
If a business is not making any business sense. Then I wonder how the mass establish their consensus?

Here's few numbers I don't like, In cash flow statement, cumulative Trade receivable was 14mil in Jun. Then, Sep reports 8 mil profits, but cumulative trade receivables increased to 44mil. What it means is, ARBB havent collect a penny from since Mac last year. Their profit is "profit". Are you guys aware of that? However, it's pretty obvious that the management is selling hope and numbers that hasn't materialize.

How deep are you guys? I punt also didn't go this extreme to punt.

For some reason, i disagree with the assessment that EPF are operating in a manner detrimental to Armada. When they sell, they took 3-4 weeks to complete. But when they push, they only use 1week to bring Armada to new resistance.

As long as the new buyers don’t dispose until the price passed next resistance to a new support; pushing it past 55sen shouldn’t be a problem. Rm15-20 mil worth of fund can easily push Armada past 80sen if there are no sellers.

Where is the problem? Problem is IDSS along the way and the weak holders. When the are no sellers, price will jump few more bids up with same amount of fund. With IDSS and weak holders; they don’t have enough fund to buy all of it to bring the price up. Time to time, operators have to shake the weak holder off by doing sell down and especially when there are weak IDSS queue.

Maybe Apanama is right that it will bounce all the way up to 60sen after touching 45sen.

I think the right approach is to make valuation...when it's below ur fair value, u buy. When it gets lower u buy more....When it's going up, u sell into strength, when it drop u buy into weakness.

And if you have margin queue, gao gao at the bottom. If today they sell 49.5sen and have to buy back 49sen. They actually lose money. If nobody sells back to them and if there are sudden surge of buyers at 4.15pm. They will have to buy back high price.

U see what they do? They sell higher in the morning. Buy back lower in the evening right? What u should do is buy in the evening, then sell together with them the next morning. And you will beat them by cheaper financing cost.

What's IDSS role?

there are smart IDSS and stupid IDSS. A smart IDSS are those that gets ready when 5-6sen jump and buys in when volume taper of. Stupid IDSS are those that short even when price hitting support simply trying their luck without capital.

How IDSS affects the play? Lets say monday, announce Claire compensation. Market opens at 72sen. There will be people doing profit taking. Let say there are 250mil genuine seller between 72sen to 80sen. Then these monkey come set short selling at 76sen sen 250mil shares. Making total numbers of shares to be bought is 500mil shares instead of 250mil to get to 80sen.

So when these people that queue 80sen see the queue at 76 so long, they mar come queue 75sen. Let say the buyer dries up, and a few IDSS manage to sell at 76sen. The profit taking continues, price are likely to come down benefiting them.

Now, let say they short seller sold at 49.5sen. They hv to pray armada don't break resistance. To reinforce the resistant, they queue sell even more at resistance. U know what are they watching closely? Big lot coming in. When IB come whack, IDSS will runaway like monkey running away from collapsing tree. They don't want to be the victim that 'Ter' sell and the price went all the way up.

The same can be said, for people that create fake support. Here's the difference, contra player hv T+2. Margin player can hold. Normal people queue because they think it's discount. They don't hv the urgency to sell. As long as the fundamental in tact, any dips are discount. I always queue at a 12% discount and 20% discount. If price can dip that low, then I will hv the chance to make from technical rebound.

IK, can have a look on MSC....recently got 30mil profit came from tin mining as result of some mining machinery they invested last year...

OCK also got, strengtening EBITDA, 2 consecutive QoQ and YoY. And price hasn't rerate to it's last years 90sen peak. Got 30-50% return there also...

To counter that, buyers can set buy queue.
