Contractor is base on contract sum to build the RTS. After everything done 100% pass the RTS to owner. So the contract ended. For ekovest 55% done but profit 3m or lesser because 3m is Duke 1&2 +55% RTS. Currently the inflation and material cost is increase a lot. The cost maybe more than tender sum already. Sale first wait 0.25 issued new share 50% diluted soon.

Trader808 ekovest is the contractor build RTS. Not selling the tickets for 10000 passenger in 2027. So don't say something that 10000 passenger is pay to ekovest lol. SMRT is the seller of tickets.

Skp 1 quarter 27.07m =Ekovest 27 months. Skp 1 years = ekovest 108 months. This is real show at quarter result. And construction profit margin is very low 10 to 5 % only if for RTS. No hope 55% done +Duke 1&2 only 3m profit

For RTS I think SMRT is the one making profit. The contractor is only small amount of profit. So the ekovest 55% done but no much profit go to their pocket.

I don't buy again. Because I sale break even here already I move my capital to ewint for 6 cents dividend already. I come back here for sharing the target price of public bank research. Public Bank research give a buy call Target price is 0.88. Because of the operator push down too many already but the 27.07m profit compare to other company consider very good result. Hope all next week be a happy week at least go back to 0.88 or above. And hope operator don't do manipulate again because too many people suffer from last month. Their hope is quarter result better than quarter 1. Finally the result is good.

Skp business good good earning profit every quarter 27.07m is a very good earning capacity already but the operator play dirty no more people dare to come here. If operator don't push down yesterday we all can sale today at least 0.88 already. Operator you must be smart and earn money fair to other people don't manipulate too much.
