Why KFC terminated their contract after 2 years? If they are not happy with DBE they shd terminate their contract in 2016 ( Now both parties agreed to terminate their contract and no disputes ). In 2017 Dato Doh bought shares in DBE and their experience n expertise are in properties sector. DBE fail to perform since IPO of ( RM1.2.) This action shows that RTO almost certain. Only setback is the RTO price will be low. Lets see how dato Doh performe after his RTO. Good luck and Happy New Year.

Yield investor need 25%++ to block the management. The tough part is not the QA approval. They need to submit a business that contribute 107mil profit in 3years. Which is good for us.
