Yesterday's massive sell-down was due to market jittery in anticipation of DJI falling more than 1000 pts which fortunately did not materialise.

Gap up opening at 34c- 34.5c

I don't think it will affect much on the share price. The uptrend is still intact until the court case.

In simple terms....Presbhd proposed to issue additional 48.3 mil new shares worth RM14.5 mil.....perhaps to be used as working capital.

Because they keep harping on the fundamentals of the company. They fail to analyse the TA and the fortune that is coming. Pity them.

Now going to enter top 20 volume already.
Market is bad....yet Presbhd is going up.
If market is good....it would have been 40c already by now. Target still 44c or more by friday.

Today will possibly test and break the 38c recent high level. Hope you all don't miss the boat this time.

Here's the deal.....
Lets say... on the 3rd of July...the court decides that the GOM must pay Presbhd a conservative figure of RM733 mil in compensation....
Then...
The share price roughly works out to be;
733mil /483mil
RM1.52

By and large...market was extremely weak last Friday and most stocks took a heavy beating after taking a cue from overnight fall of over 1800 pts on Wall Street. Investors at Bursa became irrational and they simply dumped their stocks at a loss without any hesitation at all. However...Presbhd bucked the downward trend and apparently went up instead...after briefly went down to 29c and eventually managed to close at its highest of the day @ 33.5c. This itself shows the strong resilience of the stock.

Based on the current technical analysis.....
The 20MA & 30MA have already crossed the 50MA & 100MA and now on the way to cross the 200MA. This is a bullish signal that Presbhd is going to go up further in the weeks ahead. When the 30MA crossed the 100MA last wk....it indicates that the share price is likely to test the 44c level next week....and when it crosses the 200MA after that it is almost certain that the stock will try to reach its target of 54.5c in the week after....ie by end of the month.
MACD and Momentum are also giving positive bullish signs. The RSI is clear of the overbought region and last but not least the Stochastics are showing a clear signal that the uptrend for Presbhd has just started. So..all in all....based on the technical analysis....Presbhd is right on target to break > 50c level by end of the month as I have mentioned earlier on.
I reckon...once the court case result is announced on the 3rd July....who knows...maybe we could get our windfall when the share price Limits Up....;)))

Presbhd performed well in an extremely bad market today. It closed green and at the highest. That's really a good sign.
I don't care what ppl want to say about Presbhd. The bottom line is...the share price goes up and I make money. I will stick to my plan and I'm certained it will break 50c by end of the month.

@edtai......Presbhd has already WON both in the 1st and the appeal court cases. On the 1st until 3rd July....the court convenes to determine the quantum to be paid to Presbhd. That is the dispute. However the Consession Agreement (CA) clearly spelt out the agreed formula in the contract that in the event any party breached the contract.....a penalty in terms of compensation has to be paid according to the agreed formula.
Based on the formula....the amount that must be paid by GOM is RM733 mil PLUS any other extra amount accorded and deemed fit by the court such as damages & hardship.....etc
So....this is already a sure bet for Presbhd.

@newbe.......I pray for everyone here to make a fortune in Presbhd. Just don't be shaky and jittery.....Be confident and stick to our own initial plan until the end.

The selling pressure has subsided...ppl have come back to their senses......a lot of counters are off their lows. Ppl who bought early morning are starting to make money already.

I normally take this opportunity to BUY shares and NOT to sell. I hv been doing this for a long time......and so far I have been right....thankfully. Please don't sell in this kind of market. In fact if you have extra cash....scout around for good beaten up shares. I can assuare you'll make money. Good luck thanos.

DJI is down 1045 pts and still sliding. Nasdaq is also down more than 2%.....tomorrow I suspect Bursa will take another hard beating. Most stocks will go down sharply. Presbhd will not be spared as well. Hopefully price can maintain above 30c.

Market sentiment is extremely bad. Bursa is down across the board. Not just Presbhd. Index is already 20 pts down. Counters up only 248 versus 924 counters down. Now is not the time to sell. We sell when market is up ...NOT when market is down. Don't follow the herd mentality. When market is down we buy. In fact there is a maxim that says....Buy when there is blood in the street.

Getting rid of weak holders and stale bull......
Those who have been holding too long at this price are desperate to sell....let them clear position first before nx run up to 40c...

@Evo118.....The guy already looks like an idiot with so many U-Turns that he has already made. So...there's no harm in making another U-turn. He made the decision to cancel SKIN when he was in PH....being pressured by his peers in PKR and DAP. Presbhd was perceived as an UMNO linked counter. When UMNO lost the election.....a lot of UMNO linked counters went down together with it....and Presbhd was one of them.
Now that the guy is back in the same coalition with UMNO ....the scenario is different....and I'm not surprised if the storyline changes again.

One year plus has already past since Presbhd first filed their court case. I believe the court will give its priority and make a decision by 3rd July since this case involves public interest. I don't think it will take 3 yrs as Evo118 said.

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 31...2019): The High Court has dismissed an application by the government of Malaysia (GOM) to convert an originating summons (OS) by Prestariang Skin Sdn Bhd into a writ action, paving the way for the court to now determine how much the government ought to compensate the company for its termination of a RM3.5 billion concession agreement previously granted.

In a filing to the bourse, Prestariang Bhd said the GOM's application had been heard on Sept 25 and that on Oct 30 the judge had dismissed the application and awarded costs to its unit, Prestariang Skin.

In dismissing the application, the judge held among others, that the termination of the concession agreement by expropriation is not in dispute. The only issue for the determination of the court is the amount to be paid by GOM as a consequence of the expropriation. The concession agreement provides for a contractual formula to determine the amount to be paid. As such, there are no disputes of fact to warrant a trial," Prestariang said.

The judge further directed that the hearing of the OS and cross-examination of the affidavit deponents be fixed for July 1 to 3, 2020.

The conversion of an OS to a writ would allow the defence to cross-examine the witnesses as opposed to an OS where replies are made via an affidavit.

Prestariang Skin's legal action seeking RM733 million in damages, stems from the GOM's termination in January of a RM3.5 billion National Immigration Control System (SKIN) project awarded in 2017.

Separately, Prestariang Skin and GOM have agreed to refer the dispute to mediation by the Kuala Lumpur Court Mediation Centre. The parties agree mediation shall proceed concurrently with court proceedings. On Wednesday, the company and the immigration department held the first mediation session which took nearly two hours.

Legally....I think they cannot award the new contract to anyone unless and until the court case is settled.
