The court cannot fight with facts & figures....
If the law says 2+2=4....you cannot argue and say 2+2=5
You can play around with words but you cannot do so with figures.

They are banking on the RM730mil compensation. It's all spelt out in the contract. If they get that amount.... PRESBHD share price should be RM1.51. Now is only 32c. Upside potential is so great. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

The govmnt has two choices of compensation....
1. Give new project to PRESBHD worth about the same amount.....ie RM3.5 bil
2. Pay PRESBHD RM730 mil as stipulated in the contract document PLUS any additional amount deemed fit by the court due to the hardship gone through by PRESBHD.....such as depreciation of the market cap from RM3 bil to only RM20O mil because of the SKIN cancellation.
The only logical win-win situation is to give back SKIN and to proceed back with what was left behind.
The SKIN replacement tendered earlier has not been given and finalised until now.

True zerocool.....becoz most of the weak holders and stale bull have already left last wk. This wk the share price will hoover around 33c - 40c.

Ppl took profits due to the long holidays. DJI was up 455 pts and Nasdaq was higher as well. As a Tech stock, PRESBHD will once again test the 30c level on Tuesday and will once again try to break its recent high of 31c.

Should have been 30c today but unfortunately Bursa went down 31 pts due to selling pressure. PRESBHD managed to maintain at 28c despite bad market and having very good support at 27.5c.

There will be heavy forced selling in ARBB tomorrow. Those who are still holding will be in deeeep trouble. Don't say I didn't warn you earlier.

Yes....Bursa will rally on monday. Bursa already responded on thursday by moving up 36pts and closing at 27pts. Unfortunately ARBB will continue going down as I predicted earlier due to heavy forced selling.

You can see already....Bursa Index is up....other Tech stocks are moving up....taking cue from 3% rise in Nasdaq last night....but ARBB is going south. You don't need rocket science knowledge to know that its going down further later on. Many have already off loaded their shares at 29.5c-30.0c.

Tomorrow will go down further. Wait until T+2 and forced selling starts coming in....it will spiral down. Mind you, I'll be waiting to buy back at the bottom when everyone is scrambling to sell later on......hehehe.
