EVO......they can always buy using proxy. Basically, by owning 74%...the shares are already cornered. Only 26% are floating in the market. If they can garner another 20% shares.....they can start pushing up already. The way I see it.....they have been collecting a lot at 15c. Thats why the share price was not moving for a few weeks at 15c.
Now is just a matter of time before they start pushing.
