I would respect limhong if he can proof that the statement here is fake.

Why XDL management is wasting time and troublesome itself for apply ESOS as this need to get approval from Bursa by expose lots of details acc infor, XDL won't do it if want to cover up its fake account.

It is very clear that, some people have motive behind, otherwise, I can not understand why these people have very kind heart and willing spending lots of time here to spread the negative energy, rather than focus their precious time to gain more money at glove counters.

Time is money, yes, they won't do it for free without any pay back. Just think about it.

kedsheong; XDL has been declaring increasing profit for the last 5 years. Profit means it has to pay TAX to the Chinese government. XDL paid taxes 2015(RM 4.86 million), 2016 (RM 4.34 million), 2017 (RM 8.26 million), 2018 (Rm 11.69 million), 2019 (RM 23.75 million). You think XDL can simply make up numbers and pay TAX from empty fake account??? TAX money cannot be faked. The Chinese government is very strict about TAX. A company MUST be making real money/profit to be able to survive paying the recorded TAX. XDL's account is not fake la. please use your brain a bit la....

limhong, I will respect you if you can show evidence on XDL itself, not share the story from others counter and make assumption that XDL will be delisted also. Appreciate you can do more details study on the previous auditor, new auditor, reason behind ESOS, and etc...to proof your hypothesis that XDL will be delisted. 9090xxx: If we thought deep enough this esos news actually already answered to our uncertainty whether XDL is creating fake report or not because if a company not earning money they wont dare to issue esos. The reason is simple because esos is to reward their employees if company don’t have strong fundamental the employee wont have the confident to convert their esos because they know company situation whether is good or not so is waste of time for company to offer esos to their employees by knowing no people going to convert it . That is why if esos is being issued means company is performing well and earning money. Just my own thinking please ignore it if you think I am wrong

Just follow to your instincts, all of us do not have solid proof, just listen here and there, guess here and there, we can not judge as we are not the auditor, we just predict, and hope... believe some might frm victims of those delisted China company, it is normal to hate china company if i was one of them and would like to warn others also. But i strongly agreed with JK22 sharing. When XDL declare ESOS, it also convince that XDL will have something good to come, let's see.

We still here because we believe in XDL, otherwise rather leave here and focus to make profits at other counter than wasting time here.

It is good or bad, up to the market to judge. Lots of my friends start to buy in lots of face mask to keep stock now worried on shortage and price increased.....it is quite huge consumption if mandatory to wear face mark, many will choose reuseable or rewashable face mask to lower the cost. Is it good for XDL?

Many good company such as top glove also rewards thier employees with the same method, forrsee that the price of share will have potential to further grow....

Production of PPE is going to start, this also help to motivate their employees to work harder to push for higher profit. Foresee big potential for share price to fly, then only employees willing to buy it

Now many countries start to implement mandatory to wear face mask at public area, the demand of face mask will surge, so as the profit and share price foresee will be fly, XDL look at this opportunity to rewards it's employees, also can retain good employees to work harder for the benefits of company.
