Tkoklin : i invest as per according to intrinsic value of a stock. Sign is a good stock, there is no doubt about it. But for the past two quarters, it did not perform well due to properties slump. Therefore the profit margin is less.

I did ask ppl to buy when it went down till 1.90. Apparently it recovered its losses till 2.70 in November before it went down again.

Btw, i had not seen anything positive posted by u in i3 before except criticizing other people.

Superlon quarterly results are getting better and superb. The next result will have to beat the EPS of 3.7sen only, which is reasonable. Current PE Ratio is 11.6x which is reasonable compared to its peers of 10 -15x PER. Otherwise, the NTA of it is RM 1.09 vs current price RM 2,15 which translate to P/B ratio of about 2x - quite expensive.

For me, Magni will be my first choice, followed by Pohuat and Latitude.

Yes KESM is a safe and strong stock. Problem with it is that it is illiquid. The directors should recommend a stock split to enhance its strength and market capital.
I am not afraid of investing in KESM as it is helmed by Singaporeans, similar to SAM.
