I expect warrants price to be around RM 1.03 if the current mother share price is 1.56. This is based on the minimum premium of 30% of mother price. I think that price is the fair value of warrants.

U can compare with Homerits ( mother price rm 1.20 vs warrants 0.56sen; conversion price 92sen, due in 2020 ). The premium of warants now is abt 23.3% vs mother of Homerits.

now smart money is flowing into Pohuat mother n push it higher. Then when warrants are listed, they will push warrants higher to at least 30% premium then 52sen. Means, will be around 67-70sen.

The immediate TP for SAM is RM 10.25 based on its intrinsic value as of Aug 2015. I expect the November quarterly report to be spectacular with some goodies in situ.

U can;t meet me because i already sold all my share 2 week ago . Financial crisis 1997 coming so market is going to crash futher. Longterm support indek 1250. Now not even a single share i hold . Sudah lelong loh . Experience gain from 1997 , USD 1 soon will touch rm 5 then 3,80 singapore dollar. I always listen to my SIFU because he already 42 year invest in stock market .Wakaka.

So, isnt the increasing price of Lumber will be detrimental to FLBhd? As the company need to buy cheaper lumber to make plywoods in order to maximize profits..
