I dont think it will be not fair and not reasonable, as:
1) based on 1st look at audited accounts, offer price is well above net assets per share
2) no volume (good opportunity to exit)
3) quite a good premium for the recent period

Calvintaneng, Scomi Group's PN17 waiver depends very much on Scomi Energy's existing business, if Scomi Energy is fundamentally healthy, Scomi Group would have not fail.

Since Scomi Group has fallen into PN17, most likely Bursa will also reject Scomi Energy's PN17 waiver..

Agree with u DK66, by reading the announcement, it says "fully settled" by new shares. Looks like the money may be returned to shareholders..
