If the government cuts down the development spending and cease to carry on MRT 2.0 and 3.0, then the Greater Kuala Lumpur Transport Development Blueprint will be a Super White Elephant. All the cost invested in MRT 1.0, LRT 3.0 and Sky Bus will be sunk cost. The government may revise the budget and the administrative expense will probably be cut down.
