My recommendation is not to get in now. Let it drop below 0.3. After several days in which the price remains stable, then we can make up our mind to enter. Who know a short rise may trap you into a huge loss? Its not time to be greedy now. Be smart and conserved. But, of course, the stock may shoot up after the fluctuation. Yet, it will never be back to last week level in short term.

If you go through the financial accounts in details, you may be surprised such company have a strong fundamental, no matter from the earnings, cash liquidity, debts management perspectives.

I believe this is also why CBL turned down the offer of acquisition from Ninetology.

It seems there is a collaboration between INGENS (now is called INGENCO) and UTOPIA. If the cooperation is good and in line with the expectation of earnings, then it must be positive to both companies. However, the operating expense of UTOPIA may lower the expected earning for this quarter or year. However, if everything goes smooth, then UTOPIA will be a golden egg.
