Mahsing started their business in plastic line then only venture into property line to maximize their stakeholders benefit as well as to generate better buy in from the public.
Their recent announcement on venture into gloves sector trigger huge attention from both IB and retailers as they already secured certain orders which guarantee their production capacity.
Why their customers willing to wait and give them future orders?
1) MahSing should be offering some good prices to them to secured the contract
2) Their customers also smart and am sure they also want to have more suppliers in their list and definitely this will increase their bargaining power over their current supplier
3) Unlike other company who venture into Gloves sector which tiny working capitals, Mahsing really putting in some good amount of money in. Besides that, their well establishment in the market together with their backbone Plastic industry network, definitely will give them some advantages in gloves sector
No right or wrong, who knows their customers just use them as stepping stone to press their current supplier. Also to get a good price for the raw mat will determine the competitive advantage, can they outbid the Big4?
