* Suma want to issue 5.5b RI shares, 1.21b consideration shares , 2.75b warrant C for funding to purchase Borneo Energy (Buzachi Neft) for USD290m, with conversion of USD1: RM3.50. (Now ringgit RM3.69.)

* Buzachi Neft has fully settled all debts on 9 Dec 2014 and obtained transfer approval from Kazakhstan O&G ministry (Page 6)

Some facts about Buzachi Neft oil fields:

1) Offshore oil but on shallow water 1m to 3m; discovered in 1987, (KNN!!!!!..discovered so long ago; still left how much oil inside after so many hands of operator??? or cigarette butts theory of warren buffett)

2) 25yrs crude oil exploration until Nov 2026 & limestone quarry production until Jan 2030 (Will be used for construction of facilities like road & artificial island)

3) Medium grade crude oil with API gravity 24 to 26. (Light oil with API 40 to 45 highest prices)

4) Total Crude Oil Reserve - 68.76 mmbo ;
* Proved Reserved - 15.15mmbo ( 90% probability can get, in which 4.23mmbo or 27% is producing)

**Probable Reserve - 53.62 mmbo (50% probability; if 50:50 fail then sorry)

*** Translate to SPA Purchase prices USD 2.76 per barrel. (Page 12)

5) Currently got 26 wells built on two artificial islands; 7 wells in production since 2007, (avg 780 barrel /day), 14 hopeless wells abandoned, .5 wells progressively production in 2015 (up to additional 1000b/day).

6) Sumatec planning to drill another 68 wells to ramp up peak production to 25k barrel/day in 6 yrs before declining to <10K barrel/day after 13yrs.

8) Buzachi has 80 technical experiences personnel working on site while Sumatec only got more than 10 pax now. (Buy the company together with 80 pax ; not bad) ~Page 45
