Base on 6,500 utilization hours, 7.5 billion kwh data is from Vietnam government.  
Base on 7,238 utilization hours, 8.0 billion kwh data is from DK66's report.  
I was told by management of Jaks that Hai Duong power plant will have 7,238 utilization hours. This information is confirmed by chief engineer in charge of this power plant from CPECC.
