More than 15% from his holdings , figures according to annual report , if the value calculated back to the time of right issue in 2010 , right issue is 0.58 cents . He likely to be at lost . He disposed virtually each stage of price , at 0.16 , 0.165 ,....( according to reliable Bursa Portal )
2: Bonus issue and free warrant's ex-date are on 3/Nov . Those are free , if he still held without disposal , he was entitled for it , was free . However , he did not want , why? He was the decider of bonus issue .
3: Allegedly Substantial shareholder come in , why not dealing in closing market ? Lin can simply sell to him under everyday closing price or below market without effecting current market price , fair enough . However , he had chosen to dispose in open market , why?
4: Lin as a director and founder , if he had prospect that this company having bright future , he should stand with investors , by the proof of holdings . Why?
