Buying AA rules:

1: Don't put all your stake in a price stage.
(which means , e.g. RM 2.70 is cheap then you buy in that price with all your money)

2: Always prepare bullets to average up or down ( reservoir )
(it is the practice of most financial/ investment institution, e.g EPF, they sold and lowered down share holdings in various counters lately, if you read newspaer, EPF prepared 3.5B ringgit reserve money and get ready to buy in lower appropriately)
-e.g Maybank, DRB, RHB,.......etc

3: At last, repeatedly, not a casino table, win/lose within a minute. AA is doing business.

Supermax, topglove......Export-oriented theme already reached its limits currently, unless USD/MYR is 5, othwerwise it is just only light fluctuation.

I'm believing many shareholders buy in AA because of its "hot news" lately, "market invisible hand" will not let you benefit from it, market is "extremely selfish", they raise "bad sentiments" in order to flush you out. Only one thing to be done that will override them, it is "holding power".

I'm also believing many shareholders is "comprehensive" about current AA price declination. (they have calculation in mind)

According to the chart, everytime AA share price up to a certain high, it will be corrected/short sell/ adjusted...etc by "some invisible hand", then AA will rebound to a price which is highest than previous high price.
-This may prove that "fundamentals" may not be an issue at all


2: Averagely declining from high point is around 0.60-0.80 cents ( i may assume that this is the profit which seek by "the invisible hand or BB". Its rebounding range averagely 0.80 cents.


3: The 2 days prior to the reveal of Q2 result, as like today, "de javu", familiar situation.

4: Concern about FED's decision?
- interest increased or otherwise.
- find money to buy AA

5: Holding power is the only "Platinum Rule"
-No casino table in AA.

6: You may ask how long it will rebound? the longest 1 1/2 month from now
- Simple answer:
- Early of Oct'16, the release of passenger load factor......data
-End of Oct' 16, the release of result of Q3.

According to my personal experience:
Analyst firms will release something bad when something "big" they can gain from the share-counter", especially they caught " some weak mind shares holders " then to create a domino effect. As they no need "to short" share-counter by borrowing shares from someone, they do it in "zero-effective cost", which means "borrowing your weakness then buying behind." They do this without risking their "reputation", you cannot take legal action against them, they can easily disclaim the responsibility as analysis and academic purpose.

Current bursa stock exchange sentiment, I may say that AA is one of the few counters that will attract "foreign fund" coming in to get " some benefit".

What I personally should do?
I sit tight and buy in more if it drops. "Every risk will associate with opportunity".

Tony and Kamarrudin subscribed " huge shares through private placement" , whether they know their business or JP Morgan do. They explored and built the AA market virtually from desert to tropical. They fights in " real war battle" against its competitors whereas JP Morgan only talked on a small piece of paper bla bla bla.

To tell you the truth:
1: I'm protesting against such "unruly and unscrupulous analysis". We as shareholders must and should stand together on the same line and tell JP Morgan that you cannot fool and shake us at all.
2: We must not let "outsider analyst" to break our confidence in AA

In share-market: there is only one golden rule, psychological influences. Human tend to hear "bad things rather than good". Therefore, Warren Buffet said " sit tight, don't listen ". I'm well-benefited by this sentence.

If uncertainty and insecurity manipulating our mind, then we should seek history and past events to guide us.

1: In Sept'15 ,Allegedly-doubted accounting practice of AA by HK-accounting firm. AA price plunged to 0.765, however, currently standing at 2.88. All allegations in the report had been proved " unsustainable and untenable"
It suggested that:
Who is the major victim? You know
Who is the principal benefitor? You also know

2: in JP Morgan report, it said AA has soared 127% this year. The actual fact that it is "only recovery " from untenable share-pricing movement caused by market " irrational sentiment" that believing HK report.. Before plunging into the lowest, AA price was around 2.40-2.60 in Sept'15

3: currency exchange loss? I may agree partly only, we should not pick isolately this issue in order to sidestep AA' s whole business structure. Tony tells us that AA is the Walmart on the sky.

4: immense competition from other airliner: this is the norm in business environment. No one can totally eating all market shares. Furthermore, we cannot control consumers' mind and demands. What AA can do is focusing on its plan and targeting its loyalty customers.

Looks like JP Morgan is the administrative official of AA. I wondering Tony as the group CEO may not realise that he has been substituted by JP Morgan. Haha....JP said down, it down, said up, it up. If so, no need to hire expert and talented person in public-listing company. Only to hire external-analyst to manipulate and dominate the share price which is just sufficient.
