Just my guess.. LKT is not an average cooperate man, why he willing to let go GHK from his hands? Number 1, could be he already planted someone in there and getting an upper hand over creditors, now rich shareholder is out, creditors, you want to deal or both sink. Number 2, he already saw something more meaningful to his wealth in USA, no point wasting time in GHK. Anyway, just my thoughts. Pls share if you have better ideas.
