Armada did NOT lost the case. What they lost is their crazy claim of lost income opportunities. To layman will think they are entitled to it but to the learned judge it is an absurd claims in this business world. Armada won the case as the judge awarded them for all the jobs done till the cancellation of the job.

So today Armada price are in fact already factored in on this Claire case. Only forumers here are having high hope that they(Armada) gonna get paid if not all but at least half of their claims.
