fundamentally there is no reason for this cash rich big company to go big down... so...

EPS is lowered this QR due to cost issue, but as long as revenue is consistently up (highest this QR), I believe the their business is on right track and the management know how to milk out EPS from the growing revenue in the future QRs

NTA is not just a reference. it is the actual current worth of the share you are buying into!!

while EPS is the reference of the share's probable future NTA

@clc689 I know at the end it is all about EPS, but what I mean is revenue is the basic of EPS right? people do want EPS but also legit EPS from revenue, not stuff like one off gains.

I am not going to buy any warrants of a dividend paying company for obvious reason. just invest with cash.

@clc689 EPS can be up and down depends on many other factors. but revenue is sustainable (except 2020 covid of course) and that't what important for EPS to be also sustainable and stay positive.

stock market is like that. people don't believe anything especially obvious things like fundamental intrinsic value

@satha44 perhaps mr market want to allow more believers to join and gain profit. some people won't believe khind and pensoni delayed movement just to allow them in even after fiamma flyed so high beforehand

sustainable business, low PE, extraordinary high DY, more than 50% NTA discount of which NTA is made of cash rich and low liabilities

feel very safe in this counter and hopefully can get privatization offer at it's fair value of NTA RM5.59

what I see how it is better for me to quit and let the PP take place 1st and see how it unfolds. and of course if anyhow the price drop lower than the PP price I will not hesitant to reenter again

sold all my remaining PTRANS at today open price (RM0.610), I think PP is bad news considering the market price is lower than NTA thus PP will be diluting the NTA even more

if all counters are traded at fair value, there will be no opportunity for value investor to but undervalue company, then we might don't have any reason to invest in the stock market as well

@DestinyL General Offer is the best thing investors can get out of a undervalue counter, I don't see any negative in that. The market didn't value the company rightfully. That's given us chance to enter at undervalue price. And if there is MGO significantly higher than current price, even if lower than actual fair value, it will be a double win situation for us the investor. So far I only got chance to taste this beautiful thing in bursa with MMCCORP

sold all remaining of my TRC at 0.355, good profit, will ride again given chance to enter again at lower price

officially bought in the counter today at RM1.13, jumped ship from SURIA after making very good profit there.

Was disappointed with SURIA's most recent QR, sold all of my remaining SURIA at RM1.20 the next day after it's QR announcement

didn't invest much here though due to being careful with the not so high NTA discount, but definitely impressed with the growing QR / EPS here

hope that this counter can breaks it's old high of RM1.69

that why I say their current market cap is very undervalued, they got more cash than their total cap
