persie, the other thing that you can do is..... based on Fridays closing for warrant 0.405+0.30=0.705. The mother share ended @ 0.68.
You can sell the warrants and buy in the mother on Monday if this price stands (sell (0.405) and buy(0.68)).

persie, if not mistaken, you can convert at any time. You could ask your re miser on how to go about it (if there are any documents to be filled up and payment method). I have no experience in converting warrants yet.
May be someone here has a better insight on this matter.

persie, for any dividend entitlement, need to convert to mother share. Conversion is at 0.30. At closing price, the warrant is still in the money. If you have 1 lot=1000 shares, need to add rm3,000 to buy/ convert to mother.

Hi Zu, yes NA is/around @ 0.87/share after clean up with balance 63mil. After payout as proposed 0.30 (3,000 given back to share holders), NA would be @ 0.57/share.
Good question would be (since the share price will be @ 0.57 and also PN16,buy only with cash), how, what and where are they going to invest.
If they can come out with a good proposal than we can see the appreciation of share value above 0.57.

My opinion, don't follow this counter. Than you have people whom have entered when news comes out than don't dare to hold (play contra to make a fast buck).

GuruB, no idea and comments at the moment. Still keeping. On average should be around 0.87. Anyway, questions are whats going to happen when PN16/PN17. (You have to buy with cash, that's all, if you want to). The problem, no one wants to hold on or no money, just playing contra.
They will have around Rm63 million. Where they are going to invest is anybody's guest.
Good thing, they have been transparent on what has been going on (can read on all their announcement, did not trap anyone or asked anyone to invest).
Will be a good thing, prior to the buy over, to announce on what they are going to invest the 63mill. The other option is to give back the 63 MILLION back to all share holders (if want to delist). Nothing to loose (if anyone can find what is the fair value with the 63mill in hand).
Nothing is wrong with PN16, just buy cash that's all, no money don't buy( to safe guard).

64 million clean profit divide by num of share add to Eps. New Eps x PE= new price.
Than you have your 0.30 dividend to add on.

For warrant holders the conversion price is @ 0.30, 1:1 which exactly translates to closing of mother price, ie 0.435 + 0.30 = 0.735

OK. I'm looking @ 0.70. Anything above that is a bonus.

Support level is at 0.715. If it goes below than that have to make own decision.

This is one stock at the moment need not to worry which Govt contract they are going to get not like the others, still speculatively waiting whom will be the lucky one. Did their ground work much earlier (China and property software) Steady clientele.

Not going to say, there is no possibility of a small profit taking when its going up but some must look at its potential too. Anyway, its individual preference of investing and how they want to play the market.

Buy 1/2 cent higher or 1 cent lower, not going to make much difference, if you are going to hold on for a good gain. Waiting for budget announcement? Waiting for rest of the 70% to register by year end? Than why, buy,sell,buy,sell all the way.

Agree with FX. As they mentioned earlier, reaping profit from the seeds that was planted earlier. Good for companies such as IFCA to come forward on a confident note of announcement that they are on the right track and not to entice people to buy their stock just to prop up the price (on my 2 cents).

Like the positiveness of FX, should be Rm1.00. A bit conservative on my calculation. Why not, till end of Q4. Looking forward to that too.

If warrant start to go up, it also can go up much more than the mother. Also good to have 0.10 cents gap. Healthy for conversion.

GuruB, sometimes no news is good news too. Lets hope it crosses 0.79 (gut feeling than will be some BULL run). At times no explanation, as long the company is making profit and there is still hope for anything to happen (on the take over).
My other advice (just my 2 cents only) is also to trade with caution.

It's not only about selling a software. It's also about after service. More important how deep is China market penetration and WANDA (one of the well known company in China) itself.
I think everyone knows, its not easy to penetrate in China market. Better still if you get their trust.
