IFCA on properties.

CENSOF if they are going to get GOVT contract for the bulk of our daily GST tax implementation with regards to customs and also others (eateries, hotels, groceries..... (they were the one earlier tied to this project). Not sure if you have any info on this.

Mercury, agree with you that there are other counters which are providing GST software for various applications but when comes to property, the main one at the moment is IFCA and almost 70% of property companies in Malaysia (if not mistaken) are their clients, even some are big players. Till to date only 10% have registered.

I'm just looking at 1) GST software for property.
2) Big property players liaising with whom if they
want to register themselves.

Anyway, I'm not encouraging anyone blindly to invest in any counters. They have also need to do their homework and not blindly follow. There are also risks involved.

Possibility it still hasn't gone up at level before consolidating. If reasonable TP is around 0.53, always a potential to move up more before coming down.
Possibility it might remain at tight range of 0.47 to 0.53 before any other positive news comes out. It's not that far away for GST implementation date line. Any other counters besides IFCA for GST property software.

Beginning of the year, when an article came out,,, they were trying to get out from the red. Scarping out all the unwanted ships towards scarp metal. Today they have succeeded, I presume with some contracts they have.

They were also embarking on O&G sector too. Not sure how far this has gone.

On personal a/c, I've just entered on the warrant (@0.02) for safe keeping (expiry 2019). There might be some surprise next Q, if more profit is being shown and any publicity write up that comes up (any way, why not if you are making profit and your share price is so low).

A good advantage will be, if this guys can get any Petronas contract
(even how small it is, will do for a start).
