I really think AirAsia, with Tony Fernandes leading it, has the potential to be something like the Virgin Group of the UK. Tony is an inspiring leader. This current situation is difficult but you could argue his original starting position with AirAsia was much harder.

good QR given the situation. commitment to dividends and expanding the business. Seems solidly managed and some good characters in the board room

i bought in Genting at 4.08 back on Jan 29th. just going to ride this out for maybe 2-5 years. Don't think this stock will ever drop to such a low value as it did before.

if you but Genting today at the low, you will be very happy with your returns in 1-2 years time

Today might be the day where I cut my losses. If I do I will probably buy back later when it's cheaper. Genuinely surprised it has dropped as much as it has on the back of its most successful quarter ever and the high global demand for gloves.

Thinking this is a smart long term play. Can't imagine cables and wiring being replaced anytime soon and looks like they're progressing well.

If there's anyone that can turn AirAsia around long term it's Tony. The situation they're in now is a hell of a lot better than how it was when he first bought AirAsia.

I'll be really interested to see how the next 2 quarters performance is and how people will react to it.

Think people are expecting revenues to drop very quickly, I think the opposite.

No news out about QR yet, FA of the company is good still. Think this is a long term hold. Good prospects.

because of exactly what you said. slowly means slow. things not going to become magically better over night no matter how much we want it to

on paper looks promising stock, but needs at least 2 more qtrs of +ve financial movement then will attract more investors.

i wonder if people were panicking this much when the price dropped to 6.11 on Jan 21.

these ups and downs are normal of the stock market because of people's emotions.

important part is this company is making a shed load of money currently and will do for the foreseeable future

even if cases reduce due to vaccine, the number of medical gloves require will still be much higher than the usual requirements. the vaccine itself needs gloves to be administered.

everyone just calm down, chill and enjoy the ride.
