Look at the pattern of transaction..I m still believing that someone is accumulating...press down to collect from weak holders..

Largest shareholder only holds 16%...the rest is all over the places...Road block set to allow one party to collect at the prices they want...Maybe this is not for goreng..somebody really want to buy in the company since no other shareholders that hold enough shares to sell in private?

Few reasons to hold this share:

1) the shares have been consolidated between 0.07 to 0.085, hardly it will go back to 0.05/6;
2) obviously, some unknown parties are collecting around that price. if not because they got too much monies to spare, they must be knowing something we dont or they r up to something;
3) NTA slighly more than 0.15. current share price only reflect half of it;
4) Land bank are at prime area..alam impian, cheras, seri kembangan, gombak etc...even if u dont anything to it, land value will always go up;
5) can sell, can jv, can build themselves;
6) where to find a developer with such a penny price. imagine the property sector recovers..like when the oil price recovers from the bottom and how all the ong firm prices shot up;
7) lastly, if such a price, macam easy to goreng....

Wtf 2.5m lots bought at 0.085 n 0.09!! Buying vol 70% 9m lot of shares bought at 0.09 and 8.5m lot of shares bought at 0.085!!!! These people bought so many shares for what? I don't see any catalyst...can all the bosses here enlighten me?? Any important news to be announced soon?

They need someone to invest for the private placement...they won't be stupid to keep the price low...of course the higher the higher for the price for pp...directors have been disposing since 2 years ago..Nothing new...question is if it is not u who has been accumulating for the past 2 weeks...then who is this generous guys who keep sweeping at 7 all the way to 0.085?

I think if u check the record. One will definitely note that tan family has been buying and selling their shares very frequently..it is like a patern..regardless the quarter result is good or bad...it is unpredictable like sell at lower price but buy back the next day at higher price..sometimes just few thousand shares but sometimes millions..not sure what is their intention but the unusual trade seems to form a pattern for the past 2 years..

So I doubt it is because the coming quarter is bad although it may be bad...one will notice sometimes tan family also buy back a lot..

And lately the volume is so high..they could have offloaded if they want to knowing that the result is bad. There is no reason for them to wait. In fact longer they wait, they may risk that not as many buyers to eat up their shares..

Of course. At the end only tan family and God know why they keep buying and selling...

Ya I noticed the 10m shares traded last min at 8 cent...Hopefully it is a positive sign...but tiger does stable at 0.075 to 0.08..that is great..
